By accessing or using Spreadsite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Spreadsite provides a platform that uses AI technology to convert user-uploaded spreadsheets into websites. We utilize Anthropic's AI services in this process. By using our Service, you also agree to Anthropic's Consumer Terms, which can be found here .

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of the spreadsheets you upload and the resulting websites. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by California law, Spreadsite and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Spreadsite and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
